The State of Illinois' vision insurance plan is provided to Governors State University employees receiving benefits and their eligible dependents. The Ìýis automatically provided at no costÌýto employees and their dependents who are enrolled in one of the health plans.
The effective date of coverage begins on the first day of employment. Dependent children are covered up to age 26.
