About the Lunch and Learn

The Institutional Engagement and Excellence Lunch and Learn Series promotes inclusive dialogue and professional growth across the 91³Ô¹Ï community. These interactive sessions support a university-wide commitment to fostering an environment where all students and employees can engage meaningfully and thrive.


Open to 91³Ô¹Ï faculty, staff, students, and community partners, each session explores timely and relevant topics essential to institutional excellence. Through shared learning and open conversations, participants gain valuable insights and skills that enhance our ability to support individuals from all identities and backgrounds.


These sessions provide a welcoming space for safe and courageous conversations, encouraging thoughtful dialogue, personal reflection, and actionable takeaways. By engaging together, we cultivate a campus culture that values empathy, equity, and shared responsibility for the success of student and employee.

About the Lunch and Learn

The Office of Institutional Engagement and Excellence warmly invites 91³Ô¹Ï faculty, staff, student organizations, and friends of 91³Ô¹Ï to bi-monthly Lunch and Learn Series. These engaging sessions aim to promote inclusive dialogue, deepen understanding, and encourage professional and personal growth across the 91³Ô¹Ï community. Ìý

Each session is an opportunity to foster a culture of empathy, equity, and excellence – through safe, brave, and thoughtful conversations that lead to actionable change. Ìý

We are especially seeking presenters who can:Ìý

Ìý

  • Share timely topics that center on equity, inclusion, and belongingÌý
  • Facilitate interactive dialogue and critical reflectionÌý
  • Inspire learning across disciplines and experiencesÌý

Presentation Format

Ìý

  • 45 minutes total: 30 minutes of presentation plus build in a minimum 15 minutes for Q&A and discussion. Ìý
  • InteractiveÌý
  • Hybrid Delivery: Zoom available for participants, but in person presentation and participation is preferred. Ìý
  • Sessions will be recorded and shared Ìý

Ìý

Honorarium

Selected presenters will receive a $100.00 honorarium in appreciation for their time and expertise. Ìý
